We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your order, you can request a refund or return within 7 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

Certain goods are not eligible for return, including:

Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale”.

Perishable food items (fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, etc.)

Opened or used hygiene products (e.g., cleaning liquids, soaps, etc.)

Refund Process

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card compaOnce we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will notify you that we have received your return.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

Please note that delivery or pickup charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Provide your order number and a clear photo of the item.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

Exchanges
